Reported UAP / UFO Sighting in Las Vegas

Back in April, a plummeting blue or green light was captured on a police body cam.  A few minutes later a 911 caller claimed something landed in his yard, and he saw two extraterrestrials -one out in his yard and the other inside the object.

Other than noting the witnesses seem sincere enough, I have no opinion on this, but a lot of questions.

Why, again, no photos?  One guy said when he looked at the alien's eyes he just froze, which I think is fair enough, but supposedly at least two people saw them.  In days of yore it was understandable there were no photos, as few people carried a camera everywhere but now almost everyone does.

If there were alien beings, where did they go?

If they saw an object crash or land in the yard, how did they not see it leave again?  I cannot, for a single moment believe they would turn their backs on strange beings they couldn't identify.

Of course, this coincides with the whistleblower claiming the US military has a collection of retrieved from alien crafts they obtained from crash sites. He also very delicately hinted some of them may have been shot down, which leaves me a bit speechless.  Assuming he's telling the truth, what, if anything, did these beings do to warrant being taken down?  Sadly, I can believe we humans would risk starting an interspecies extraterrestrial war, but would they do it without authorization from Congress?
